They will help the recently formed Parish and Finance Councils in developing plans and evaluating the success of parish efforts for the 7 elements of the parish which are community, worship, leadership, formation, stewardship, social justice, and evangelization.

Yes. Our diocese has a Parish Pastoral Council Policy which contains Norms or basic laws required by the Church’s Code of Canon Law. The Cleveland diocesan policy requires that each parish have a Parish Pastoral Council and a pastoral plan which includes a vision and a mission.
